We booked our room well in advance, yet when we arrived, tired and exhausted, they told us there were no rooms left! It was late—almost 11 PM—and I had a 7-month-old baby with me. Despite our booking, they gave our room away to someone else, leaving us stranded.||We had no choice but to find an Airbnb at the last minute due to their disorganized system. To make matters worse, they kept sending us emails telling us to “enjoy our stay” and that they were “looking forward to having us”—emails that felt like a slap in the face since we never even got the chance to stay there. Read moreWe feeled unwelcomed upon arrival at 11pm as the receptionist was not expecting us on the view that we booked on line. Thus, our rooms were not ready upon arrival. We had to wait for the rooms to be prepared and when we checked in, we found out that the bedding were not complete as pillow cases and comforter were missing. There was no hot water throughout our stay which is inconveniencing and disappointing. No microwaves and so I had to buy one and sought permission from the manager to use it. Customer service at the restaurant was appalling and prefential treatment of some guest. My overall experience was unpleasant and I would not becommend this hotel.
