Some staff were lovely and some really not so welcoming.||||The room itself was fine with AC and hot shower, good bed and TV, clean also. Our room was at the back and had a tiny window that looked out into some sort of dirty storage area so another room not at the back would be advisable although it was quiet.||||Lulu, the monkey in the cage at the front of house was quite a sad sight to see. Read moreI can't even rate the food as I never got to taste it. Went there for lunch with my husband. Entered the restaurant and had to stand for almost two minutes to be seated. The lady just told us to 'sit anywhere'. We sat down and almost 5 mins later someone who didn't look like a waiter came in with the menu. We ordered drinks. I doubted he was a waiter so I asked and he said he worked in the pantry. Ordered for drinks and he disappeared. Sat for another 20 mins or so, no attendance so got up to leave.
