I would definitely recommend Eusbert Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Sunyani. From the moment I arrived until check-out, my experience was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel right at home.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the calm environment—it offered the perfect balance of comfort and quiet, whether I was working or just unwinding.

The hotel’s restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, with a great mix of local and continental dishes. The drinks menu was also impressive, and I loved the cozy, welcoming atmosphere of the dining area.

The décor and overall branding of the hotel added a unique charm, especially the artwork and cultural touches, like the stunning 3D ‘Last Supper’ painting in the restaurant area. Everything felt intentional and well thought out.

Eusbert Hotel is also well-located—close enough to access the city’s major spots, yet tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet. I felt very safe throughout my stay, and it was easy to walk or drive to nearby attractions and shops.

Poor customer service,male staff concerned behaved like he was doing me a favor when I called to book,even when I paid,I had to call after several hours for him to confirm my payment and even on the day of checking in, calls had to be made to confirm my payment. Stairs and corridors were never cleaned and stains on the floor that were there were still there after 5days and pungent smell in the washrooms. The only hotel that I've slept in and far lower in comfort compared to what I have in my home substandard rooms with stained everything from duvet,towels,wash hand basins,toilet bowls and bathroom enclosures. Not relaxing sleeping on their beds (hardest pillows I've encountered in my life) ,always wake up with neck and back pains and always dread going bed every evening and it is The noisiest Hotel I've even slept in (Loud praises,songs and prayers on Saturday, 6th November, 9am) The food is nice though. You will typically see linen and towels on the bare floor during rm service. 2/10 for adherence to covid-19...

Sadly, I've had to update my previous review to reflect the deteriorating service quality. My friends and I waited for over an hour for our order of water and cocktail drinks to be served as the waiter was nowhere to be found. Our meals took 2 hours to be served, and when it finally arrived it was incomplete and included what we had specifically requested to be taken out (ie. They completely ignored my friend's basic dietary requirements). The server said she didn't inform the chef because he was very busy, even after she had written down our orders. Finally, we had to prompt another waiter before the rest of our orders were delivered to our table. When the time came to settle our bill and leave, our server couldn't be located and we were told nothing could be done until she arrived since no one knew her password and the orders had been registered under her name.
