I would actually give this resort a two star, but as we stayed there during their 'soft/partial opening' after the Covid lock-down I will go with 3 stars.||||The website and prices certainly has one expecting a resort worth revisiting. However, in reality it fell short. ||||On enquiry, it was explained that due to the resort being in 'partial open mode', the restaurant was not open, however there were BBQ pits for self catering. We were to take all our own food and drinks with.. (No crockery, cutlery or BBQ utensils were supplied)||||The pool and beach areas were lovely and clean. The hammocks, swings, loungers etc along the beach front were lovely and well maintained.||||The rooms are in desperate need of help. Barely acceptable :-||The beach front room that we were in, was in dire need of a repainting, and was not cleaned properly. The window frames are rusting. ||The furnishings - the absolute bare minimum. (A bed, a small table on one side of the bed, a built in clothing area with a rail, and a built in raised platform on which the fridge was situated.) ||The curtains extremely difficult to pull and so long that they are a safety hazard. ||A small fridge. It was so small that it literally only held 6 juice or soda cans (300ml), and a couple of small bottles of water. No drinking water was provided, and there wasn't any for sale at the resort.||A kettle was provided - but am not sure why, as there were no mugs or anything to make a hot drink in. ||The bathroom had either toothpaste, shaving foam or some sort of white cleaning material left on the wall near the wash basin, and generally seemed to need a very serious clean. ||Bedding, towels and complimentary shower gel and shampoo was provided. || ||We discovered that the resort does not have a trash pit, when, while out walking, we discovered all our weekend trash thrown out into a heap at the one end of the property! ||||(Sadly the amount of plastic and trash in the sea and washing up on shore is one of the disasters of Ghana. This, plus the use of the beach as a toilet, is not conducive to the tourism...
