MAMA LEE'S LODGE — Hotel in Central Region

I never stayed at the lodge itself, but the diner outside was wonderful because of the good food, short wait time, and hospitable staff. I lived in Yamoransa for nearly 5 months and of all the chop bars there, I feel like Mama Lee's was the cleanest and most delicious food there. I ate at many other places, but Mama Lee's fried rice was always my go to meal for a special occasions. The long grain rice was so delicious and the chicken was cooked to perfection! The wait time was short every time I went there. Plus the time spent waiting doesn't feel like a burden because the area around is nice. There is lots of space, good tables to sit at and TV's to watch. Lastly the staff has always been kind. Each time I went it felt like I was a good friend to the people that worked there. They were always happy to see us. All in all I would definitely recommend the diner at Mama Lee's to anyone who enjoys delicious local Ghanaian food...

I ordered fufu and akrante3 from their kitchen and it was really good despite the fact that I ate the food about 6 hours later. The fufu was still intact and the meat soo tender , practically falls off the bone . Also the manger Emmanuel was really hospitable . Definitely be coming back and...
