On the scale of 1 to 5 I will rate the neatness of the room as 2.5. the premises is also rented out for funeral and wedding receptions outdoor, the noise generated at those outdoor events are so loud and unbearable. But at night the noise is low but other visitors on my block seem to be having a bachelor's night party and they were so loud you can hear them.
