EAS Guest House — Hotel in Greater Accra Region

The standards have fallen terribly in this guest house. From receptionists who don't talk but only nod to leaking sinks to noisy air-conditioners that blow hot air and leak water into the room. The is no way to control the Air-conditioner. You can only switch it on or off. I lived in a flooded room stepping into water to and from bed. I shared the sofa with a wall gecko. There is no hot water. The sheets are not white so it saves them from washing and you could literally feel things crawling on your skin. They haven't been washed for God knows how long. The bathroom towel is just a rag. I used it to protect my bags from the water on the floor. Half of the sockets didn't work. I was promised a plumber who never came. The pillow is as bad as it gets. The upstairs room cool and the prices are good . One of their customer service agent is extremely rude. So unprofessional. It's reasonable to pay twice the money and get some cultured and responsible people to carry out the work. I really hate the fact that the room is untidy and the walls are peeling off. It could be rated one of the best tho if all these are attended to. The towels are in poor state too. Nothing is checked before the customer enters. It's a nice place but alot ought to give it that exquisite touch. However we were duped by the lady and sent out late at night because only our room had no light and the lady for the night shift bluntly told us she didn't handle us and there's nothing she can do about it.She was very uncouth .This happened yesterday. I love this guest house Soo much. It has this airy, beautiful environment. The rooms are really spacious. It's just as home. I was impressed when I got into the room, I had a full hall, kitchen, then I had a full bedroom with a very spacious bathroom . I could even do push ups in the space provided for bathing. The floors are tiled with full aircondition. I just love the hall, I remember sleeping in the sofa more often than the bed😂😂. Their reception is good , I would say very very good.
