Looking at these bad reviews, I need not say much! Rude team at the reception, they take deposit for everything (it's understandable but they don't have to be so rude when clients need clarifications) I suggest that the staff go through proper customer service training, because indeed the place is nice, but with unprofessional staff, customer retention won't be achieved
Your response really tells how unprofessional the staff are, you gave as the option to choose a new date free of charge? That was part of your terms so it wasn't free of charge as you stated Also, no one signed any terms and conditions, so don't so that... the money is not a problem but the way your management handle it was my concern! We should have done a better analysis from others before coming to your place, because after the incidence, almost every client we spoke to had encountered the same thing (even the police have received numerous complaints). Also, the police are in the country to ensure law and order, so bringing them in the case isn't a disruption as you claim it to be.
I hope your team really sit up and stop the unfairness, as much as you're doing business, you're distorting. If you're committed in ensuring that you provide a good service for your clients, then you should take our feedback seriously, and let them affect your management...
