Had the worst experience as Liberian lodging here for a month, the Manager was deliberately mean to me, staffers closest to her showed no sign of respect for me neither provided me the service I paid for. I honestly regret my stay as a stranger at the hotel. Worst experience was the day of signing off which should be 12 midday, she sent a staffers to remind me that I had to leave. I spent 10k Ghc yet got not single appreciation nor a sign or gratitude.
The manager is a bad optic to the business. She's xenophobic, especially with other Africans. This was a bad experience for me and I can never urge any of my relatives, friends or whoever to go though the humiliation I underwent during my stay.
My return to Ghana will be a more convenient and friendly, Golden Touch is a no go zone for me.
Nb: The owner of the Hotel is very nice but the manager and 70% of the staffers there are the problems.

Read moreStayed in this hotel from 7th July for two weeks. Falsely advertised. No garden / loungers to relax as it stated on website. This is a very poorly run hotel. If I wanted use of the Fridge and TV they had to bring a car battery for it to work. No separate hand towel to wash hands after using toilet. Only hot reasonably hot water four times in the 14 nights I stayed there. Many Cock roaches in the bathroom. The Receiption staff also tried forcing me to pay again on my departure even when showing my receipt. One does not get any form of choice for breakfast. Got brough omelette, 2 slices of white toast and baked beans pot of hot water and tea bags...
