Gullivers Travel Hotel — Hotel in Greater Accra Region

It is a decent hotel, although I think it's not worth the price. The rooms are average. There seems to be some level of mismanagement. I observed a lot of miscommunication amongst the staff. You can request something through the receptionist, and the request would not get to the person responsible, or the request would get misinterpreted to that person. Some of the staff did their best to ensure our stay was comfortable, but they still need to work together as a team. They need to pay attention to the equipment in their rooms to ensure that they are working. There was an issue with the door key card system, which was irritating but got resolved. To my surprise, there was a day we didn't have water in the morning. I feel like the staff is too laid back until you sternly complain about something. They do not offer laundry services.
