Hills Haven Hotel — Hotel in Greater Accra Region

I regret staying here in Ghana. Worst experience ever and I will never recommend it. Untrained staff. They to overcharge you because you’re not from Ghana. I hate this place. They make me believe I can use credit card to pay just to come and no. Making me to pay for 3 days when I didn’t even stay for that time. Even try to overcharge us for breakfast after they said it was free. Unprofessional folks: I will never ever book here again when I’m in Africa. The owner of this hotel should check on the map there are two hills haven hotel on it and it has given me problem, I spent almost 1hours before coming to know the right place which is around Franco estate whiles when when you type it in bolt, it takes you to APC estate of which it wrong location. Pls kindly check that and close the fake direction .

I was thoroughly impressed with an excellent conference Hills Haven hosted. The logistics were flawless, the meals were exceptional, and the customer service from the owner and the staff was outstanding. They were attentive and professional, making the event enjoyable for all.
