A good place to spend the night, clean and serene environment, staff are good and polite. My only issue was that the shower was faulty and I think it should have been fixed before room was giving out to me, but they came to repair it when I was already in the room spent about 30mins waiting before I settled. The owner came around and assured me everything will be fixed on time, I also needed the services of a dispatch rider and he helped me get one. It is close to a hospital and you can find food around to buy, breakfast was also served on time.

I was here for a short staycation, purposely for business purposes. Reception was okay and rooms are quite ok with affordable prices too. However, I wasn’t really impressed with their services, from the security guy, to the cleaner, services were not satisfactory. Workers were just disturbing the whole place with unnecessary conversation at reception, whilst guests are lodging. It was pretty bad! I would recommend this place for people in the low-budget range. Parking space isn’t a problem

The worst reception I've ever had is what I find here. The receptionist is just not nice, face frowned, demanding you pay before you settle in, she won't help with your luggage or even attempt to. The water heater was not working and when i asked why, she told me it was powered by solar so since there was no sun there was nothing she could do. I asked for hot water and she told me they don't provide buckets; she just didn't care. she just sat there playing with her phone. I became furious and insisted she get me hot water in a bucket, she then sluggishly got me a paint bucket with hot water. After battling with the army of mosquitoes in the room, I waited forever for breakfast. It was past 8:30 am, so I went to the reception and found her absence. I called out to her for almost 10 minutes before she came out of one of the rooms, talking to someone on the phone. should wasn't hanging up, so i chipped in with my request, only for her to tell me the person who is supposed to prepare the breakfast was not around, so upsetting. I insisted I wanted my breakfast, she just angrily told me she had just had her bath, so I should go and wait for her to prepare it. She finally brought it, banging on my door to come for it. I opened the door and took it from her. You should see the way she handed it over and walked away like a soldier. I couldn't take the breakfast because of her reaction...............i started having funny thoughts. I am...

Not bad for the price we paid for their executive room. I was impressed about the size of the room which was quite huge for one that’s not a family room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fridge that worked okay too. TV and extra seating in the room was a plus for me. The bathroom was just okay. My main issue with the place were mosquitoes. I killed about 15 upon arrival and I’m very glad I looked out for those since we were traveling with a toddler. We ultimately had to go out and buy mosquito coil because spraying the room at the time we would have delayed sleeping for my little one. The coil worked just fine enough and our sleep wasn’t disturbed in the night by the mosquitoes. Breakfast is pretty basic and served to your room with no options. I can’t blame them for the price...

Firstly, I think we overstayed our welcome. At first the reception was good but as soon as full payment was made for the entire stay, we literally had to beg the staff for everything. Bathroom was not washed frequently, and when the house keeper reluctantly comes to wash the bathroom, she mops only the floor and she's out. everytime we begged for our sheets to be changed often times we get the excuse of they ran out of sheets. The staff started treating us like they were doing us a favor by attending to us, few times we had to call multiple times to get us tissue paper. In summary, the facility needs more capable hands else they would loose potential...
