Whatever you purchase outside their guesthouse, especially food (eventhough they don't sell food), Be ready to keep the trash and look for where to dispose it off by yourself. I had a terrible experience there eventhough I had stayed there for weeks. They don't sell food, so anytime I purchased food and ate in my room, I will pack up the trash and dispose it off in their bin in a rubber sealed properly. I'm not sure what they expect guests to do,... but their Madam whose the owner of the place, did not even politely talk to me about the fact that they don't like guests throwing trash from things purchased outside in their bin. I just heard her suddenly shouting on top of her voice one morning and instructing her workers to monitor the bin to see which guests have been putting food trash in her bin. She was very angry, rude, disrespectful... you name it... so I rushed out of my room and told her that I didn't know that guests are not supposed to put trash in their bin, and that nobody told me. Even with that, infront of her staff, a young daughter and other guests who could hear her from their rooms, she was just shouting as if she was speaking with a child, or her low-level worker... my goodness! I was in shock, wondering how i had paid so much money lodging there for weeks and because of trash, she's so angry and shouting at her guest.

Please if you decide to lodge at this guest house for any reason, carry your own trash bags, and find a place to dispose it off every...

A terrible experience mine was. Their generator went off on low fuel twice in the night. The first was 30 or 40 mins after checkin, the second was particularly terrible, from 3:40am to 6:00am when we checked out we had to endure heat, mosquito bites and sleeplessness with our 4 months old baby. We complained to the lady at the reception, I am told she is Franca, and she asked us “so what should I do?”. The manager on Duty, Kafui, was more reasonable and a nice person, but the owner of the facility was worse, refusing to even engage us on phone to listen to our plight as customers, let alone offer any form of consolation. The worse service ever!!! I don’t recommend...

VERY POOR SERVICE !!! Management should work on that . I lodged in the hotel at 7a.m Tuesday morning , receptionist came sacking me exactly at 7a.m in the morning the following day which was Wednesday. Meanwhile , the rule says that , check out time is strictly 12 noon the following day . WHO DOES...
