Luxury West Hotel — Hotel in Greater Accra Region

more like Shabby West. I stayed here one night and I must say it's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Cons Bath tub leaks It's run down/ not maintained and not cleaned to pristine condition, if you are a germ fobe this hotel is not for you. When we asked for the WiFi code we where told it was finished with no apologies linen not clean (bath mat, towels and bed sheets) TV is extremely small, practically the size of a laptop screen. Though we booked a room for two with a double bed the receptionist claimed we where intilled to only one towel, when he finally did give us an extra towel it had several holes in it and so we had to walk back to reception to change it. Phone in room did not work. Does not have a kettle in  room even though  booking .com says it does There is no mountain view even though booking.com says it has I was not brave enough to eat at their restaurant as I have a sensitive stomach and the state of their rooms did not give me confidence. Mattress is thin, springs make noise and sinks in, it won't give you back support you will likely need and massage after staying here Customer service could be better Fridge had a half drunk bottle of water left in there from previous guest, very gross.

Pros Air condition works Though their beds may damage your back you can get a massage from the spa next door at Thayls spa. curtains look nice and are blackout.

Overall don't waste your money, there are better hotels on the Adenta-Dodowa road. Hotel has potential but as it is now its not worth the torture.

Thayls Hotel is much better and Orchwood Hotel though off the main road...

If there’s is a rating worse than one star… that’s what is deserving.

The manager was very rude ! She was shouting and wielding a machete on the grounds.

When we tried to find out what happened all we got was she didn’t want guests on the grounds again after booking ahead for a month and she decided to give the room we booked to her family members.

I mean we found it interesting that’s the reception after booking a month ahead yet she ended up wielding a machete at the guests on the grounds.

Pls this is a mad...

The owner of this place may actually be using family to run the Hotel. The fair lady (supposedly the manager) is rude and very arrogant. Apparently i presume she doesn't have any Hospitality background. You need to put Air_freshener in the rooms maybe. The bedding is bad, i couldn't even shower because water pressure is so low i struggled to rinse after brushing my teeth🪥. I'll end it here...
