I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful apartment. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed assistance, I simply asked, and they were quick to offer their support. The fact that there’s a 24-hour mini-mart right next door was such a convenience—no need to travel far for essentials like water! The artwork in the apartment was stunning, so much so that I found myself wishing I could take a few paintings home. The owner even stopped by to greet me, sharing the history of the apartment and its artwork, and his warmth made it feel like I was chatting with a longtime friend.

However, the highlight of my experience was definitely Desmond, a hardworking and truly exceptional gentleman. He was the real MVP of my stay. His friendly demeanor, excellent customer service, and great sense of humor made him a joy to be around. Anytime I had an issue, Desmond handled it with remarkable speed, even going out of his way to recommend local spots and help me carry some heavy bags up the stairs. His dedication is unparalleled, and he definitely deserves a promotion!

We stayed at Maat Luxury Homes for three weeks, and every day felt like a new and delightful experience. The staff’s kindness and dedication to excellent service truly made us feel at home. By the end of our stay, they felt like part of our family. Our children even enjoyed playing soccer with the staff in the beautiful courtyard, creating wonderful memories we’ll never forget.

So we decided to book for the end of December. We booked an apartment 2 weeks prior... We already paid through a platform. The day of arrival when we were closed by we asked for the localisation... That's when they told us that the appartement was damaged and that we had to book another one. They send us an Airbnb link. We told them we already paid in full for the stay. That was weird... But we decided to look for the place on Google map and go... Once there we found out that 1. The place was fully booked (they just did a double reservation... There was no damage to a any appartement. We found through the employees). And 2 they could not refund us. We had to wait for the platform while we had no proof that the cancellation was made on their part..they send us an unclear screenshot.

Suffice to say we were livid... We had to find another logement and pay for it again... And it was complicated near the new year eve in Accra in December, most places were fully booked. Thankfully we found one after 2 hours......
