NESTA BARRON — Hotel in Greater Accra Region

I have a booking for this hotel and like the many good reviews. I need 2 pieces of information of the Hotel so I can apply for a Visa. Which needs to be filled in for the Visa application. 1. The Nesta Barron email address. 2. The Digital Address of the Nesta Barron. I tried the online booking agent Booking.com, they refused to give it to me. Then I tried phoning the hotel. The staff member was not that friendly and would not give it to me, but text me a UK phone number that did not exist. If I do not get this information. I cannot arrive and the hotel will not get paid for a whole month I am supposed to be staying. If this is such good hotel why don't they continue to prove it???? I will remove this if anyone can give me the information I need. Since writing the previous paragraph they email me to tell me that they told me they don't do something that I never asked them for. They do not deal with the bad manners of their staff. Not just to me but also to my wife who happens to live in a 1 bedroom house with her mother. Not a pleasant experience with the owner David. His aura is seemingly dark which was a turnoff. The place is undergoing construction lingering with disturbing noise and laborers hanging around the property all day long. Have the decency to construct when the place isn’t booked. Its also disturbing to contact the gate man every-time you want to leave or enter the premises. Gate man should be at the gate during his shift ensuring zero delays for the guests. The Nigerian lady over there as the receptionist was very rude to us on phone without us provoking her and the answer she gave was that, she is in a bad mood. Due to that we ended up not using their services.
