Eagles Lodge — Hotel in Western Region

Stayed here a number of times due this being the hotel my company uses, |The rooms excellent, clean modern & spacious top marks,||Facilities pleasant grounds & pool area quiet garden to si & location away form the hustle & bustle of town.||Staff second to none courteous pleasant helpful & smiling which gives you a reason to smile.||Food always a let down, very slow service, today ordered wine from the list, chosen wine not available, selected a second 100gcd price average for Ghana quality very poor pleasant as a black currant drink but no wine quality to it at all & this came from a hidden list not the one in the menu.||Steak with chips/ French fries waited 30 minutes to be told no chips....cancelled lunch & left the restaurant.||Would I recommend it by choice no for a room only eating out yes if you want the full. Package then it is not available at this hotel unless you are prepared to pay top dollar & $ £ yen you decide & get low quality food & service in the restaurant.||Would I recommend this to others for the reasons...

I was very very disappointed I stayed in all the other by Eagles establishments this include Eagles lodge in Accra , Palms by Eagles Accra and Palms in Takoradi. Eagles lodge in Takoradi however will be my last stay, never again.||First they lost some of my laundry items and after 3 days they promise to investigate I gave up. ||The staff at Eagles lodge seriously need some training in all aspects. 10% of the staff that I met know what they are doing.||The food is terrible and forget about the daily menu that they put out for lunch because they do not even have bread for a normal cheese burger although that menu was printed for that day.||In the morning there are no fresh coffee available but the machine is there. Ok so have to settle for instant coffee but they don’t even have tea spoons available.||The internet is non existing on the top floor of the hotel so do not get fooled by wifi.||Twice now when I wake up to have a shower there is no running water.||The rooms is good just very noisy when the cleaning crew are busy in...

I've been in this hotel for several times for business once this hotel is used by my company.||So I know and I have been in several different rooms.||If it happens to have a problem in any room, like bad lights, bad fridge, bad AC, or what ever, I can tell you that you have to complain every day trough the reception, witch has not a proper complaints book, so they write down your room number in a loose paper found over their desk, without writing the whole of your complaint. ||-Once I had a very noisy fridge in my room, I had to switch it off if I wanted to sleep.|| I complaint for a week without no action at all to sort out the problem. || I had to put the fridge outside my room with a note on top for the maintenance team to take action!||-Cleaning is also not the best, on the corners you can find a lot of dust. ||-Only one bath towel and one face towel and is not washed daily.||-Laundry takes most of the time 2 days.||-Took 8 days to fix a curtain that was fallen from the wall, with the ridiculous excuse of a bad...
