Hotel Messiah — Hotel in Western Region

Poor services from the staff, there have no idea their and don't care about customer complaints. The entire night, their power was off with the rooms becoming hot and discomforting. They did not put on their generator, and it was when I complained in the morning that they said they couldn't get a battery to start the genset. They were very unprofessional. The air-condition was dripping, and the room became wet, and when I complained, they did nothing about it. They annoying part was that I was bathing and the tap stopped flowing, that was when I realised that the telephones in rooms don't work. It was one hell...

I came there for the Christmas holiday and my stay was very much worth it. Environment is just right at Hotel Messiah. Spacious rooms, quite environment, good food, fast Wi-Fi. Pass by at hotel messiah and you would enjoy the experience and what nature has for you as there are some crocodiles and monkeys around. The receptionist are also very friendly and they have a good customer service as well. It’s also in the town which makes it easy to move around and also close to a police station so safety is assured. On a whole I’ll definitely come there again and I enjoyed my stay...

The place is quiet and serene. The rooms are very spacious with big beds. Staff are hospitable. Bed comes with a breakfast for one in the morning. And also there’s a charge for room service.
