I will try and break it down as much as i can.
Building (good) Nice. Decent, looks like it just had a paint job, so thats a plus. The signboard to the locations makes it easy to get there since its on a main road.
Room: (good) The room is big and very nice. The bathroom is also excellent. The kingsize bed was nice and they made it each day. I do understand why they put thw dining table by the window, but it was kinda inconvenient because that section is tiny, and theres a tv right there that one bad move n u end up bumping ur head (a couple of times) on it. There wall sockets were square ones (read more below in Customer Service). We had a power outage and they turned on the generator, which is good; because prior to choosing this hotel i had read a review from a customer who claimed that the hotel didnt do that for them and they had a bad experience.
Customer Service: ("BOSS" LEVEL NOT GOOD) 1 stars is too generous. This is a hit and miss. Lack of in-house restaurant, though they did help us find a place to get food on the first night. They advertise the place for international customers, yet not much "international" customer service about it. As an American customer, i definitely cant charge anything (phone, watch, headset) on the square wall socket. I asked why they dont have a multisocket or an adapter available. They said they had and adapter available FOR A FEE. Oh Hell No!!! But after letting them know that it's unacceptable to charge for something that is free in EVERY hotel i have stayed in in Ghana, they eventually provided me with one free of charge. WIFI DOESNT WORK. This place need to invest in a mesh system. They had a wifi, but the router was in the registration area, so u see it on ur phone, but cant use it bc theres no signal. They forgot to account for the cement walls. Now i must say that the reps working there were nice, and tried to assist as best as they can. But i think my complaints is actually to the boss who have made...
