the worst experience of my life. 16-18/02/2018. i booked on jumia on the 8/02/12 and even received my confirmation and reminders about my booking till i made my journey. upon arrival, i was informed they dont have records of my booking and that i should check elsewhere. i informed them, it was my 1st time in Takoradi and they finally agreed to get me a room at an additional cost of GHC60 to GHC110 previously.
