Before we arrived we needed to transfer a deposit for our stay. When we got there we had to pay the rest. They don't have a POS terminal so it was either cash or a bank transfer again. We opted for a bank transfer. The transfer did not arrive by the end of our stay - we provided all the necessary proof of payment etc, but their bank did not confirm receiving anything. We were being pushed every single day to contact our bank and tell them the money has to be there in the afternoon (or else...) That absolutely destroyed any relaxation that might have occurred, not to mention they even almost walked in on us(you know... Young family... Away from the kids for a while...) Finally, we had to pay cash AS WELL. and currently, our accommodation costs nearly twice as much as it should, because "their bank did not receive anything". After we came back to Bulgaria I opened an investigation in my bank and the transfer had indeed gone through. I don't know if it's a Scam or an honest mistake, but the behave arrogantly when asked to do some checking on their side and I have deposited a complaint with the Hellenic police. Hopefully there will be something to come out of it. Throughout the whole stay, they did not change our sheets or towels, claiming they explained that we need to ask for a change. Which isn't shared beforehand.
There are positives of course. The hotel is at a perfect location where you have access to everything(beaches, town center, taverns, etc. ) pretty easily. It has private parking that is pretty...

I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the irresponsible and immature behavior exhibited by your reservations manager. Initially, there was availability for a room over the Pentecost weekend. After communications to secure the booking, I provided my details and was informed that I would receive a confirmation email. That email never arrived.
Twice I tried to contact you to confirm my reservation. Finally, I was informed that the room was never available because someone who had canceled their reservation changed their mind. Your lack of communication and indifference is simply unacceptable.
Even worse, when I expressed my displeasure at your unprofessional operation, I was told to "go bother someone else." This goes beyond any limits of professionalism and respect for the customer. The way you operate is unprofessional and unacceptable. There was not even an apology for the inconvenience caused.
The only reason that i am writing this review is the lack of respect and nothing more.

Read moreI made a reservation through the Booking platform, where it was stipulated that I have free cancellation up to one month before the reserved period, but that at any time after I made the reservation, the entire amount can be taken from me. The next day I receive a message that my reservation will be canceled if I do not make a bank transfer with 25% of the amount. This was not stipulated in the conditions on the booking site. The person I talked to had a very aggressive attitude...and not at all pleasant, he basically behaved as if I was obliged to ... it doesn't matter anymore, it's not an attitude to go on vacation with anyway, so I preferred to cancel my reservation rather than have any other problems.
