Koferita Hotel — Hotel in Central Tzoumerka Μunicipality

Before you run to book at this hotel you should read my review. I made a hotel reservation for 2 nights and only 24 hours later I canceled the reservation due to a sudden hospitalization of one of the family members - which caused the cancellation of the entire trip to Greece. The hotel decided to charge me the full amount of the reservation, no one from the hotel took the situation into account, all they were interested in was getting 300 euros for a reservation that only existed for 24 hours without any consideration. Chris, Anastasia, and the entire family welcomed us with such rare warmth, making us feel like part of their own. Very butifull and very clean hotel! Very new and update decoration. The workers r supper friendly and supper helpful. The view from the hotel is amazing! The reasons I cannot give 5 * are: The walls between the rooms r so thin that we could here the other guests like if they were in our room. There is no elevator and we had to curry our laguge by hands to the seccond floor. They do not serve lunch and dinner and we had to travel town driving 15 min each time.
