Olive All Seasons Suites — Hotel in Dion - Olympos Municipality

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. We were there for 5 days, and the entire time, the room was never cleaned. Not once. No garbage removal, nothing! The bathroom was left dirty, and we had to endure the filth for our entire stay.

To make matters worse, after we left, the owner charged our credit card $250 without any explanation or prior notice. This was on top of him falsely accusing us of damaging the pool filter, which we absolutely did not do. He also claimed we ruined six towels, even though he gave them to us just the day before we checked out. How could we have possibly ruined them in less than 24 hours?

This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is appalling. Charging guests without informing them, not maintaining basic cleanliness, and making baseless accusations are all completely unacceptable. Shame on the owner for treating guests this way!

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place...

Our stay at this place was a terrible experience from the very beginning. The owner refused to assist in any way with finding a solution for accommodating a baby (we arrived as two families - 4 adults, 4 children, and a baby). Throughout the entire five days we were there, our room was never cleaned despite various strange accusations blaming us for improper conduct. The blankets we used to put the baby to sleep were taken away, and the owner refused to provide us with new towels, claiming we were using them inappropriately.

The worst part was that after we left, the owner charged us 250 euros as a "penalty" for allegedly damaging the pool drainage system, which we did not do. From the moment we arrived, the pool was filthy, and every evening cats roamed around, knocking over trash cans, and with the wind blowing trash into the water.

The owner is dishonest and provides terrible service. I strongly advise against staying...

We just arrived home after a 2 night stay here whilst attending a friend's wedding. What an absolutely beautiful place! The rooms are modern and extremely well equipped and presented. There is a swimming pool in the garden which was a welcome respite from the 36°C heat. Location is excellent with views either to the sea or like we had to Mount Olympus...home of the gods. Everything was perfect.... but the best bit? Dimitrios the owner and his father were absolute legends with so much advice on where to go and what to see. They are exactly the sort of host you want in a place like this. How anyone can fault this place is beyond me and the only bad thing was that we didn't stay longer. Thank you very much!
