Nefeli Studios — Hotel in Dorida Municipality

These consist of 8 apartments, all with balconies facing the sea. There are nice gardens with children’s play area at the rear. Plenty of car parking. The pebble beach is 20m from the front gate. They have a cafe bar, but it wasn’t open during our stay. The pool area was open but the pool was empty, we knew that this would be the case when we booked. Pool side sun beds were available. The pool depth is between 1.0m to 2.5m, but the owners say they will even out the deep end to 1.6m in the future. The pool opens on 1 June. We stayed the third week of May and the sea was 20c, beach shoes are advised as the beach consists of pebbles and stones. They have free beach sun-beds and umbrellas but these weren’t out in May. The town is about 2km away and has small supermarkets, bakery, coffee shops, bars, pharmacy, restaurants and fish tavernas. The nearest taverna was about 500m away. ||The apartments consist of kitchen area ; with fridge freezer, microwave oven, two rings, very large sink, breakfast bar, three stools, bench seat. Crockery, cups, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and pans all provided. Nice touches, like washing up liquid, salt and pepper, dishcloths and sponges are provided. There is sufficient equipment to cook most meals. Kitchen units are new and of a high quality. ||Bathroom is compact, WC, shower, basin and cupboard. Plenty of shelves and cupboards for toiletries and space to hang towels. Shower gel and hand washing liquid provided. Plenty of high hot pressure water, care is needed to avoid getting water outside the shower cubicle. Bathroom has quality fittings.||Main bedroom has twin bed and a single bed. Plenty of sockets, bedside lights. Main lights are very good and bright. Bedside table on one side. Plenty of hanging space, drawers and luggage shelf. Dressing table, with mirror. Iron and ironing board provided Units have air con and heating. TV is a good modern smart TV, with BBC World and we could watch both Netflix and Prime using our own subscriptions. The only thing that we thought was missing is safe. Good quality fittings throughout. ||Balcony overlooks the sea. The road outside is very quiet and with the fly screen closed at night you heard the gentle lapping of waves on the shore. Three chairs and a table are provided. The door has glass screen, fly screen, shutter and curtains. We did see some mosquitoes, so we kept the fly screen closed at all times. The balcony comes with a sun screen, but we didn’t need this. ||Summary, we really liked these apartments, it was a shame that the pool and bar were closed, but we were visiting before the season starts. Apartments are serviced every other day and kept immaculately clean. These are compact apartments, but all fitted out to a very high standard and freshly decorated. The grounds are well kept as is the pool, we saw the pool being maintained during our stay. The whole place is a testament to the owners hard work and continuing maintenance program. Βρέθηκα πριν καμιά εβδομάδα στο εν λόγω συγκρότημα για διακοπές με το σύζυγό μου και τον 3 ετών γιο μου. Το συγκεκριμένο συγκρότημα δε θεωρώ ότι απευθύνεται σε οικογένειες με παιδιά και δυστυχώς απογοητεύτηκα τόσο από τη συμπεριφορά του ιδιοκτήτη όσο και των υπολοίπων ενοίκων. Ως γνωστόν, τα παιδιά σίγουρα θα γκρινιάξουν και θα φωνάξουν, ακόμα και τις πιο ακατάλληλες ώρες. Σέβομαι την επιθυμία αυτών που θέλουν την ησυχία τους, αλλά θα ήθελα να είχαν δείξει περισσότερη κατανόηση. Πρόκειται για παιδί 3 ετών που προφανώς δεν αντιλαμβάνεται κάποια πράγματα όπως ένας ενήλικας. Ως εκ τούτου, δεχτήκαμε παρατηρήσεις, μέχρι και χτυπήματα στους τοίχους (άκουσον άκουσον), προκειμένου να κάνουμε το παιδί μας να σωπάσει. Ως αποτέλεσμα, αναγκαστήκαμε να αποχωρήσουμε μια μέρα πριν την προγραμματισμένη ημερομηνία, μη αντέχοντας και μη ανεχόμενοι την απαράδεκτη -κατά τη γνώμη μας- συμπεριφορά τους. Λυπάμαι, αλλά δεν πρόκειται να κλείσω το παιδί μου σπίτι και να μην το παίρνω μαζί μου στις διακοπές, αλλά ούτε να το φίμωσω!!! Ο ιδιοκτήτης, ωστόσο, μπορεί να βάλει ένδειξη ότι δεν επιτρέπεται η είσοδος σε οικογένειες με παιδιά, αλλά μόνο σε ενήλικες άνω των 65 ετών που αναζητούν την ηρεμία...

Katastrofa. Zarezerwowałem pobyt i odwołano moją rezerwację po jakimś czasie bez powodu. Rozważając przyjazd do tego obiektu pamiętaj o tym że możesz nagle zostać bez noclegu. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne działanie ze strony Nefeli Studios. Update Problemy techniczne? Kłamstwo. Dostałem potwierdzenie rezerwacji i odpowiedź na moją prośbę związaną z pobytem. Zupełnie nie rozumiem komentarza właściciela obiektu: nie dość że bez słowa anulował rezerwacje to kompletnie nie poczuwa się do winy i próbuje mnie obrazić. Zupełny brak profesjonalizmu. Tak, przedstawiono mi inną propozycję - tyle że kompletnie inne warunki - od zupełnie innego standardu obiektu po dwukrotnie wyższą cenę - to jakbyś chciał jechać do Oslo a próbowano w zastępstwie wcisnąć Hanoi oczekując że zapłacisz dwa razy tyle. Musiałem zupełnie zmienić swe plany podróży i miejsc pobytu na jej trasie. Podtrzymuję swą ocenę, trzymajcie się od tego obiektu z daleka. Przykre bo pierwszy raz dotyka mnie coś takiego w Grecji a...
