We stayed in this small hotel for 4 days between 29/12/2012 to 2/1/2013. It is located in Panagitsa Pella, aprox. 20 km from Kaimaktsalan ski center. Our suite was spacefull, very clean, with big fireplace, beautifully decorated and the ceiling was painted from a well known artist-painter. The breakfast was delicious and most of the foods were handmade. The owners, Leventis family, were very friendly, men of great culture and ready to assist with everything. There are a lot of sightseeings in the area (Boras ski center, Agios Athanasios village, Vegoritida lake, Pozar hot-springs) and we didn't realize how soon our trip ended. Maybe someone finds the prices too expensive, considering the financial difficulties that most of Greek familis are facing, but my opinion is that the resort gives good value for your money. I promised myself to visit Pella again in the near future and I am going to stay once again in...

Read moreI had to revisit the Leventis Art Suites after staying there the first time as it is such a unique hotel I felt compelled to return. It is pricy but you can understand why when you experience the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The rooms are enormous, high ceilinged with rafters and the art work and furnishings a feast for the eyes! The staircase leading up to the breakfast room is unlike any I've seen before and the breakfast room itself gives you the feeling of dining in a plush mansion. Breakfast itself is a feast fit for kings although the second time round was not quite as impressive as the first. The surrounding area is not extremely inspiring but we stayed there in order to ski at the Kaimaktsalan resort and after an exhausting day on the slopes spent the rest of it taking in the beauty of our room. If you can afford it, a must-have experience, a one of...
