Oversea Rooms & Villas — Hotel in Istiaia-Aidipsos Municipality

My wife and I stayed in Oversea‬ hotel with our 3 children- 21, 17, 9 years old . We had the best time together. ||The hotel is located IN one of the most spectacular location of edipsos, it is comfortable very cozy and clean, modern, and pleasant. ||The rooms were well appointed, quite, with absolutely stunning mountain and sea View. At the entrance to the hotel there is the sea that was obvious attraction with crystal clear water. The staff offers chairs and tables to have a nice rest at the beach ||The service is very personal, the staff and owners are very friendly and you feel with them like home. ||Perfect serving, happy to help with any question, always cheerful and involved. || The breakfast was amazing, every day we were offered another kind of food and a very tasty dessert. I've stayed 3 nights with friends in this beautiful and perfectly located villas. I was thrilled with the spacious, nicely decorated and fully equipped rooms but most of all with the breathtaking views and the proximity to the sea. Oversea is located in front of a perfect spot of the Fteri beach and is offering umbrellas and beach beds, while you can also enjoy your coffee or soft drinks and snacks from the beach bar. the property was hard to find (without the exact address and without signs from the main street). the room was dusty and smelly, the bathroom narrow and dusty too. no comforts, no guest amenities (except 2 soaps and a bottle of water), bad wi-fi, the kitchen didn't work, too high price but no breakfast included, no restaurants no other coffe shops nearby. this is a 2 stars and half accomodation, at best, NOT a 4 stars...
