Hotel Sissy — Hotel in Kamena Vourla Municipality

My family and I have just come back from Kamena Vurla. We spent 11 days and 10 nights in the Sissy hotel and here are my ipressions:||Hotel is located in peaceful place of Kamena Vurla. The hotel staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipted with the fridge, a safety box, flat screen TV, hair-drier .Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every single day. If you travel with a baby, you can be provided with the crib, which was very important for us. All rooms have great sea view. Our room had a side sea view which we also liked.||As for the food, one can enjoy traditional Greek or Mediterranian food on the open terrace, everyone can find food of their choice. Another important thing for parents with the little children is that there is a high chair for toddlers/babies.||||Guests can enjoy in the shade made by palm and olives threes during the all day, swim in very warm and clear water, but for entering the water I suggest having water shoes because of the stones in the water. Personally, I don't like them, I prefer sandy beach, BUT by having the water shoes I didn't mind the rocks and stones and I enjoyed swimming. The swimming pool looks nice with the palm trees around it. Morover, during the day there are animations such are morning stratching, aquarobics, coctail games and in the evening karaoke ,magic show..||If you want to referesh yourself you can order food and drinks on beach bar for good prices.||From Kamena Vurla you take daily boat trip To Lihadonisioa, visit Lamia and Termophiles, or go farther to Athens, Skiatos. But if you decide to stay in a hotel, try one or more out of offered massages ( Greek Massage, relax , foot massage).||||Till now I have maily stayed at four and five star hotels, but this hotel is really worth staying at and I hope we will be its...

We checked in at 930pm and there was a party at the bar. It was hosted by the hotel. The music and atmosphere was great.

We checked into our room on the aircon and started packing our bags and took a shower. After my wife took a shower she went out to the balcony and the aircon turned off.

I called the front desk and explained that my aircon wasn't working. He shared that it was late and nothing could be done. My wife contacted expedia online and explained. Within 10mins the manager on shift knocked on our door. I explained to her what happen and she shared that the balcony and main door needs to be closed for the aircon to work.

The next day when checking out we were given a wine bottle to make up for the night before. The manager spoke to my wife and in the conversation she shared that they should share infor about the aircon when check in is done.

In reflection I feel the service in this place is really good and the effort done for service recovery was above and beyond what was needed. Hats of to...

The one-week vacation spent at the beginning of August (03-10) at Sissy Hotel was really a success because the people are very good at what they do. The rooms are generally very clean with air conditioning and those on the upper levels offer a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea, the bay, the neighboring islands, the garden with palm trees and even towards Kamena Vourla. Parking is provided by the hotel free of charge and supervised. Last but not least, I must mention the food, which was varied and consistent, having the pleasure of meeting even the head chef, who was noted for his way of being. From the first day when we arrived at the reception, we realized that everything would be ok, even in the morning when we left, they took care to offer us a package and coffee for the road because we had an early check-out.
