Melegos INN Hotel — Hotel in Karpenisi Municipality

The hotel is located 5kms outside Karpenisi, inside a forest.||Upon check-in I was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi, which was very much welcome after some tiresome drive.||Maria was very kind and helpful, explaining everything that the hotel has to offer.||The room was amazing, spacious, with a nice view from the balcony, a jacuzzi and a fireplace.||The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was big and with a lot of amenities.||There is free parking on-site||||The price was steep for an off-season stay.||Breakfast could have more choice, considering the price of the room.||No wi-fi, but good cell coverage...

I stayed in Melegos Hotel for 3 nights with my family. It is a family run hotel and they take such good care of you. They even are open and even suggest that you ask for specific requests for breakfast or dinner. Very relaxed atmosphere outside of Karpenisi (no need to be in Karpenisi) close to many other little surrounding villages. They were really helpful with hikes to be done in the area. They really went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied which just makes all the difference! The rooms were nice and clean. ||Only one downfall - smoking inside should...

This is a beautiful hotel in general. The rooms were very pretty and the owners had taken care in many details to decorate the hotel in a lovely way. It's location is not in the city center but close enough by car (approx.3klm), it is preferable if you want to enjoy the natural scenery. The hotel is built in the mountain and you can take a revitalizing walk inside the forest. The service (including breakfast & room service) was moderate, but I suppose that this was due to the period...
