Naiades Guesthouse — Hotel in Karpenisi Municipality

We discovered this amazing guesthouse by chance during our first visit in Karpenisi.||It is conveniently located in the fascinating green countryside only 6-7 km from the town of Karpenisi. The owners Mrs Elli and her Husband are very friendly, they make you feel welcome and the most important is that their kindness and politeness is not pretentious. The rooms are fully equipped with kitchen, tv, and even a fire place which is useful due to the climate .(Imagine that air conditioning is not needed even in August!!) Of course the rooms are spotless clean. everything is perfectly taken care of and you feel Mrs Elli s personal touch.||In the very reasonable price, breakfast is included, Despite being on a diet, I ||could not resist trying a delicious home made pie.||To conclude, this guesthouse provides the luxuries of a 5 star hotel, So if you need to escape from the daily routine and need some peace and quiet....

First - know that it NOT at the 7th KM. from Karpenissi towards Proussos, it is 2 KM,. farther, more like the 9th Km.||Having said that, it is a great place to stay. not far from Karpenisi, but in the middle of fields and nature. The garden is huge, and if you have kids - that's the place to be! they can play ball, run around and have a great time. ||The apartments are large and have everything you need. they are spacious, even though the bathroom is quite small, but fine. there are terraces looking on to fields, trees, cows and sheep - so lovely!||Elli (Alli) and her husband are wonderful hosts. Elli wanted to make sure we were completely happy. Breakfast was OK, nothing great, but when we asked for things she brought them right away. we had a lovely 2 nights there, and the area is wonderful...

Landscape is amazing !||- Spacious rooms with two(!) balconies ||- Very well decorated and maintained||- Has a kitchenette ||- Great dining room located in a beautiful garden.||- Huge garden with a swing, a small slide and garden furnitures||- Outstanding bathroom.||- Great indoors Wifi||- Price cannot be beaten||||The only very small dislike was that unfortunately Ellie is not a fluent English speaker.
