S4SANI LUXURY VILLAS — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

For us it was a 💯 best decision. What did we want? A huge place with in worst case 3 seperate places to sleep ✔️ A pool for us✔️ Wifi✔️ Air conditioning✔️ A nice view into the landscape ✔️ A modern, stylish building✔️ A calm place (almost) with less neighbours✔️ A kitchen ✔️ A nice garden✔️ A seperate garden (almost) ✔️ and A parking place✔️

What have been there additionally we did not use: 2 TVs, iron, washing machine, 3 shower possibilities and 2 balconies.

What was useful but not expected: A Freezer👍🏼👍🏼 Air conditioning in the whole house👍🏼👍🏼 Water, coffee, salt/pepper, toast, a lot of stuff in the kitchen👍🏼👍🏼 Air mattress 👍🏼 for the pool. Mosquito plugs👍🏼

Although we gave 5 stars there are a few things which should be mentioned: People: The stay depends on your neighbors. So if they have visitors or party... If the use the grill, you can't use the garden. Cleaning people are coming each third day and you are not allowed to use the house in the meantime around 2 hours - corona rules. The pool boys came around and stand in your garden. But you got a clean pool. Animals: You have to clean up the kitchen and store away food, then you have almost no ants. Keep in mind the recidences are built in the landscape and nature cannot be stopped in front of your garden so wasps, mosquitoes, locusts and sparrows are around the house. House and pool: Steep spiral staircase, deep pool, narrow 2nd sleeping room So for old people, handicapped people, people with problems with walking this place is not usable. The deep pool ( 150 cm) may also not be so interesting for little children. The sea view is only possible from the balcony of the parents and it is far away.

The things we missed were a convenient place to eat indoors when it was too hot to eat outside. The living room with the white interior was too pretty and a further sun lounger, because there have been only 2 of them.

A little bit disappointing was the overcrowded beach in Sane. But as we used the car, it was no problem to find nice beaches.

All in one we had a very relaxing vacation❤️ there and we can really recommend this place. You have a very nice spot there...

A Perfect Luxury Retreat in Halkidiki!

We had the most wonderful stay at S4SANI Luxury Villas in Sani, Halkidiki! The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush green fields that evoke a sense of Tuscany, yet you’re just minutes away from the best beaches in Halkidiki. Plus, it’s conveniently less than an hour’s drive from the airport.

The villas themselves are truly luxurious. Spread over three levels, they offer more than enough space for 4-6 people. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area were perfect for relaxing, while the private pool provided the perfect spot to unwind. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast outside with the serene forest and sea views, and the candlelit dinners by the pool were simply magical.

The two main bedrooms on the first floor were incredibly comfortable, with one king-size bed and another room with two large single beds that can be converted into a double. Everything was modern, clean, and of the highest standard, including the bathroom facilities.

But what really made our stay special was Eleni, the host. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home, and we can’t thank her enough!

I would highly recommend S4SANI Luxury Villas to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable vacation in Halkidiki. We can’t...

According to the house policy, cleaning service is scheduled every third day. However, this was not provided—even by the fourth day. When we attempted to contact the owners, there was initially no response. They only replied later in the evening, offering an excuse rather than a resolution.

In addition, new towels were not provided as outlined in the policy. This lack of basic service caused me to miss a restaurant reservation, which made the situation even worse.

Furthermore, the garden area was unusable in the evenings due to a significant mosquito problem, making it an uncomfortable and unpleasant...
