Sani Pine Villa — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

Sani Pine Villa is by far the best accomodation I have visited in Greece. Simply put - everything is perfect. Even though we saw the house on the photos, we were speechless once we arrived. The villa is located in middle of the pine forest, so the surrounding greenery plays a big part in the whole experience that this villa provides. The garden of the villa as well as the interior are designed to be pretty much in sync with its surroundings. The owners are clearly doing an excellent job in maintining the villa and keeping it very cozy and clean. We stayed in this house for 20 days as three families, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The house is perfectly functional and well-organized, with separate sleeping units, each equipped with its own air conditioning and private bathroom — which gave everyone enough comfort and privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, along with other appliances like a washing machine, making a longer stay very convenient.

The garden is truly stunning — beautifully maintained and taken care of twice a week without disturbing the guests at all.

The host was always available and responded quickly whenever we had any questions or needed anything.

It was by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed at in Greece. The villa is fully equipped. You will find there absolutely everything you need and even more. The place is sparkling clean. We went with small children and it was the first place where I didn't felt the need to disinfect before. The area is very quiet, with many trees and fresh air. The nearby beach is fantastic and very suitable for children. Christina, our host was very friendly and answered all our questions promptly.
