Sunny Sani Luxury Villas — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

I am quite satisfied with my stay at the executive villa with the big garden (B6), great pool, nice looking garden and very peaceful sitting areas in the back looking towards the pool and garden. There are a few things I have to note though; for one the water pressure when trying to take a shower inside was pretty mediocre to begin with and especially when the other villas were occupied then the water pressure got even worse and on the last day close to unusable, also I did have the misfortune to find a small piece of hair on the toilet brim right when we got there which is definitely not something you would like to see especially in the times of COVID, a few more hairs (longer ones this time) were found in my bed between the top and bottom sheets when trying to go to sleep on the first day which, again, is something very unpleasant and when we informed the cleaning lady and asked for a change of sheets she just gave us new ones and we had to change them ourselves, not the kind of treatment you expect when you spend 400 euros a night for 5 nights, furthermore there was no "House wine and fruit basket upon arrival" as mentioned in the official website and one of the three bedrooms has an open balcony over the living room looking towards the view of the garden and pool, meaning that one of the bedrooms is open to the living room and even though the people in the living room can't see you they will be able to hear anything and everything and vice versa. The owner was really nice and the rooms were a little smaller...

Pros: spacious house. Has everything you need during your stay 2 minute drive to Sani resort Cons: First and biggest con is the house manager. There was a storm one night and we lost all electricity and water for more than 24 hours. The house manager said that they were fixing the problem, but nothing was fixed. He did not respond to any messages. He did not care that we were staying at the house with a 9 month old BABY, could not heat water to make baby formula, to make food for the baby, give the baby a bath, etc. I understand that the problem was due to mother nature, but having no concern to help out by bringing hot water, candles or basically doing anything is unacceptable!!!! Sheets (smelled clean and fresh) had stains and holes in them No nets on top floor windows, too many flies and mosquitoes Middle bedroom on top floor is a gallery without a wall, no option to close window blinds, so the sun wakes you up at 6am + the lights in the backyard do not turn off so the person sleeping in that room has light all night blasting in their eyes There is leaking in the kitchen from the upstairs bathroom after every shower Mold on walls + paint falling off because of it Pool is not heated, water was very cold even though it was 27 degrees Pillows on the couch smelled really bad Upon arrival, the house wasn’t cleaned thoroughly - hair on floor, toilet seat was dirty

We went with friends to Sunny Sani Villas, when we arrived the first villa that they gave us was not clean, wet washed towels ect. We complained and the gave us a other villa. That was perfectly clean. But when you book the villa it looks really good but when you book with 3 adult couples you want 3 real bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is in contact with the living room. Not perfect and private;-) The first villa was next to the road and that was really noisy. It is near Sani Beach, we drove it by car, and there is Anemos Beach club.
