Kostis Rooms — Hotel in Kea Municipality

We stayed at Kostis Rooms at the end of June 2025 and it was exactly what we were looking for! The location is excellent—very close to the port—and since the island is small, everything is within a 30–40 minute reach. Our room was cozy, well-equipped, and offered a fantastic view. The host was warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.

Room needs to be upgraded. Air-condition sounds like a helicopter is trying to land in the lowest speed. Bed sheets were so hard that could be used to scrape off paint from the wall. Outside light couldn't be turned off. Location access is via a not so nice dirt road with rocks. On the other hand, bathroom was quite good, and actual room was good sized with closet and stony...

Un havre de paix à Tzia

Nous venons de passer une semaine de rêve dans la chambre louée à Kostis, située dans les hauteurs de Tzia, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer ! La chambre est simple mais confortable, il y a aussi la Climatisation et salle de bains privée. La chambre est nettoyé tous les jours c’est agréable.

La vue sur la mer est absolument magnifique, et nous avons pu profiter du soleil couchant chaque soir depuis la terrasse. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, et le port de Tzia est accessible à pied également.

Kostis est un hôte très accueillant très sympathique et disponible. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et la sérénité de l'endroit, loin de l'agitation des zones touristiques.

Nous recommandons vivement cette chambre à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit paisible et authentique pour se ressourcer à Tzia. La vue sur la mer est un...
