We stayed at Odysseas at the end of July 2015. We came for one night, on our way north, and ended up spending more than two weeks at Odysseas. The location, with view of the mountains and the lake from the room terrace, was inspiring. The hostess, Maria, took excellent care of us - we felt like family. The breakfasts included a variety of home made pastries, with something new from the oven every day (we loved the galactopita), fresh eggs from her hens, and home made jams (blackberry, apricot, apple, and more). We like vegetables for breakfast - no problem - Maria grows everything in a lovely vegetable garden. In summary, the plus:||-Very hospitable hosts||-Superb breakfast including (among other stuff) traditional, hand-baked pies, with a large variety to choose from. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have (along with the rest of the house) have nice hardwood floors. ||The best part of my stay here was the hostess Maria's hospitality.. I was delighted to taste the various jams, cheeses and cakes all made by herself!||She was happy to provide me with maps and advice on where to visit around the lake.||10/10 for one of the most restful and authentic part of my travels...
