Georgia Villas — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

We stayed at Panorama Villas in July 2019 as a family for 4 nights. It was a truly exceptional place in every way. A family-run property, it's run by Georgia and her family and staff who are all wonderful hosts, inviting and warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive.||||All guests stay in their own stone-cottage house perched on the mountain with incredible views of the sea. Our cottage had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, bathroom, air-conditioning and an outdoor patio area to enjoy the views. There is a restaurant on the property, among all the guest cottages, and this also has an incredible view as well as a delicious menu prepared by Georgia & her staff. The meals are superb homemade quality food! It's easy to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner there and never need to leave the property! Also, you can place an order, and the staff will bring it to your patio for your own private dining experience! Great local wine as well! ||||You can drive anywhere from 20-40min away for various beaches. Roads are extremely winding and difficult to navigate, but doable if you drive slowly and be patient. If there's one thing missing from the hotel property itself, it would be a pool...that would truly make it so ideal that you'd never want to even leave for the beach! ||||All in all, this hotel offers a great experience at a reasonable price. As a Greek-American visiting, I can say that this felt like a place a local would stay, and felt like a "real" Greek summer vacation home. I'd love to go back again sometime. Panorama Villas is the best place you can stay on this island. I’ve visited Lefkada 2 times in 10 years and having seen it all I can say that this location in this part of the island (West) is arguably the best! The property is family-owned and you experience Greek hospitality at its finest! The owner, Mrs Georgia, with her family and stuff are always with a smile on their faces and pay attention to every single detail. You stay in separate traditional fully equipped cottages or maisonettes and being in about 500m altitude you don’t even have to use air conditioning which I consider a huge advantage! The view of the sea is simply magnificent with a breathtaking sunset. The food is delicious, home cooked with fresh ingredients from their own garden! They can even deliver it to your house. I don’t have words to describe how wonderfully was our staying at Panorama Villas! Georgia (the owner) is an amazing, kind and super woman. She takes care of everything together with her family and her employees. Georgia is also a very talented chef. She cooks amazing! We have stayed there for 10 days and the food was fresh and tasty every single day. Me and my family already miss the loukoumades, the fish and Sofia’s ice cream. |I also want to mention that I have never met such hospitable people. We had a problem with our car and Georgia gave us their personal car until our was fixed. Also, the mechanic that fixed our car was recommended by Georgia’s sun.||Thank you for everything!
