Spotless villa, great service! Danae and her father were absolutely amazing hosts who go the extra mile for their guests. On arrival, our fridge was filled with some basics for breakfast so we wouldn’t have to go to the supermarket right away, a nice bottle of wine and some fruit. We felt welcome immediately. We were a family of four staying at the Vertzami villa during the summer holidays. Everything was perfect, from the first day until the last. All villas are being cleaned every 3 days with new towels and fresh bed linens. That was a nice surprise, we almost felt like in a hotel but then having the benefits and privacy of your own vacation house. The location was good. A modern well appointed Villa which was perfect for our cheeky week away. The location is peaceful and although in a residential area, careful screening provides utmost privacy. Vilana was spotless on arrival (which was also the case after the mid week clean). It was unusual, in our experience, that everything provided worked well. The air conditioning was particularly effective. Towels were plentiful and of good quality. These were replaced mid week. There are electric metal window shutters which provided peace of mind when leaving the premises unattended. Beautiful villa that was incredibly clean, well presented and well looked after. We stayed for a week in July 2024 with our toddler and had a wonderful time, and we had everything we needed including a highchair and cot provided for our stay. A cleaner came midweek and they were always on hand if we had any questions or needed anything (for example recommending an amazing restaurant!). Gorgeous pool and outside area with BBQ. Would 100% recommend and would love to come and stay again...
