Premedinos Inn — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

The property is 20 minutes away by car from nearest beach, but that's not a problem in Greece as you will want to see all the beaches on the island. Don't worry about the days of laziness, the property has a nice pool In one week we managed to travel ~500 km and we did not see all. Be aware that the roads are narrow and have many curves so although they are in excellent condition the average speed is 30 km/h. The host, Dimitra, is very helpful and right when you check in you get printed info about the island and the sightseeing. The room was clean and cosy and had all needed for cooking although as i said in previous reviews for holidays spent in Greece, it would be a poor decision to cook yourself in this country as you can eat very good in taverns. However, in this particular case, i did not find any notable tavern nearby so i advise to take that in account. Each room has a balcony with a nice view over the pool and strong wifi signal. The linen is changed every 3 days, the hot water is excellent. All in all, the property itself is excellent for the price paid.

There is no power socket near the beds so charging phones over the night is inconvenient. The height of the balcony balustrade stops the view when you are seated. Also, you have to plan the dinner or you have to eat in the room or in the taverns from the village nearby which i don't think is a good option, but that is not the...

It was absolutely amazing experience. We stayed here for a week in July 2022 and had a chance to meet Greek-Canadian owner of the property. It is nested in the mountain area where you rarely need air conditioning, nevertheless it is available. The building is also very well insulated and build well so it can withstand even a higher magnitude of earthquake, as we were told. Rooms are very spacious as well as reasonable sized balcony which has every room. All the material for this building was imported from Canada, incl. American style toilets (better than Europen, though). The beds have high matraces, bit sturdy to my taste, but we slept so well, we will remember it for a long time. The owner is super friendly, speaks perfect English, and his attitude and customer oriented personality makes it “must stay” experience. Clean and spacious room for 3 people. The location is really good if you plan to travel around the island every day like we did. The inn has a pool as well but it's mostly unused from what I've seen. We did take a bath once just out of curiosity. The access is pretty tight so if you have a mid sized or bigger car (like an SUV) and you don't like narrow places then you will have to leave your car down on the main street (about 150-200 meters from the inn) and that may be inconvenient but other than that everything was...
