I have fallen in love with this place! And definitely plan to return every year.The best hosts Eva & Karel , from the beginning you feel like lifetime friends, making everything possible to make your staying perfect.

Villas Eden is just as clean & perfect as the pictures on their website, but the pictures don't capture the feeling you experience being there. This place lived up to all my romantic dreams I had of holidaying in Greece. Arriving at Villas Eden seeing the stone villa’s, each with the most spectacular sea views & sunsets. Besides taking real pictures, I was constantly taking mental pictures, taking deep breaths of the fresh air, imprinting those magical moments into my memory forever. “La dolce vita”, life doesn’t get better than this!

It's a great place to stay and i would totally recommend it for anyone looking for a nice quiet holiday. I will have to start with the comfort, because we had everything here that I could have wished for. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern facility and attention to detail is the standard. The villa itself is tastefully designed, immaculately clean with thought given to every detail. The swimming pool is just beautiful. We stayed in one of the Exclusive Villas which overlook the sea in the distance and are brilliant for beautiful sunsets over the pool area.The villas are very stylish and comfortable with 3 bedrooms downstairs with patio doors to a massive pool area. Upstairs is open plan with a terrace overlooking the pool and another one to the side of the property. The bathrooms are spacious and everything is super clean, white and modern.

Eden’s location is perfect. Because it is up on the mountain, it is so peaceful & quiet. You don’t even need to go out to enjoy yourself, the pool is amazing and the accommodation is so comfortable that I felt at home. The gardens are beautiful manicured. The service from the owners Eva & Karel are so professional, you won’t need to ask for a thing, they really do pay attention to every detail. 2 minutes from the private beach. The food in the taverns have the freshest & tastiest traditional food. Lefkada is a beautiful island with superb beaches and nice little villages. Besides the ideal environment for relaxation, you can’t help but be influenced by the Greeks laid back lifestyle… They really know how to enjoy life!

We were 4 couples who stayed in villa Eva for 12 nights, which is situated between the others two villas.||Dear Eva, I feel like I have to give you two reviews:||The first one would be 5 stars for your place. It’s a very beautiful villa, very clean, perfect view. The pool was clean, with nice view to the sea. We had the occasion to watch magnificent sunrises and a gorgeous moon at night, and the private access to the sea was something you’ll wish to have at every villa you’ll rent after you’ll stay here. They have a lot of cats there, and that was great, since I’m a cat lover.||The second one, unfortunately, is 1 star, and is based on an unpleasant situation. When we arrived in eden, we met with the owners and found out about the house rules (they have many). We knew about the no party policy, but we didn’t know that they don’t allow music at all outside by the pool. I feel like I should have known about these rules before renting the place, and mainly that’s why I’m writing this review. After talking with Eva, she agreed to let us to listen to music outside until 10:30 p.m. without having party (so no loud music), which we agreed to (we never intended to have one, anyway). So we were by the pool, talking, laughing, enjoying some nice music (because listening to music it’s not considered party here :-) ), when suddenly at 9:10 p.m., Carl appears with sirens, in a very intrusive and abusive manner, yelling at us that we have 10 minutes to go inside, otherwise he will call the police. We turned the music off immediately, and then I went with my friend Oana to their cabin to clear things up, but Carl was again aggressive and disrespectful, mainly insisting on the fact that neighbours called because they felt disturbed by us. The second day we visited our neighbours in order to apologize, but we were surprised to find out they didn’t even heard us until the fight happened (when Carl came with sirens..) ||Things would have been different if your villa’s description had been complete, and this review could have been different if only we were addressed in a more civilized manner...||In conclusion, it’s a superb villa, as presented in pictures, perfect for quiet people, with no music or any loud noises...

The word Eden is perhaps the best description for the complex of villas. We stayed in Adam's villa, the first villa in the complex and we can put here some words about our escape:|1. The landscape is wonderful and you relax even if you work or it is a rainy and ugly weather for a stay, swimming pool, garden, sea, quiet, there may be only a few things that make me come back here.|2. The hosts, Eva and Carlos, were very nice and if Eva smiles all the time and is very cute, Carlos has a slightly different personality and tells you what you can and can not do - common sense requirements to enjoy the feast of the location and next time.|3. The acces road is not very friendly, we arrived with a sedan, but I recommend a 4x4, especially as the access to most beaches on the island is a little complicated.||We’ll be back next...
