Ionian Balcony — Hotel in Lixouri Municipality

We stayed in the Ionian Balcony 3-bed villa which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment complex. The villa was very clean, spacious & well-kitted out - easily enough for our family - 2 adults & 3 adult children. The grounds were very pretty & the pool well-maintained. There was wifi in the villa itself with a reasonable connection. The hosts were extremely accommodating & nothing was too much trouble - they even gave us some home-made moussaka, home-grown vegetables, wine & olive oil!||||The village of Havdata is about 1km from the villa with 2 mini markets & a taverna. However, only 15 mins by car is the beautiful port of Lixouri - plenty of supermarkets, banks, bars, cafes etc. - Sunday opening no problem either. A car is essential for getting to different parts of the island. We managed to find our way around with a basic map but I would recommend a SatNav if you're travelling in the dark as the road signs are easy to miss.||||If you're looking for some quality family time with some sightseeing thrown in, this is the place for you - highly recommended & we would stay...

After a nervous start with this holiday being booked through Low Cost Holidays, we arrived to the most beautiful three bed roomed apartment , massive balcony ,stunning views, free air con in all bedrooms. Two bathrooms and loads of room inside, we are a family of four and there was plenty of room inside for everyone, the pool was very clean and apart from one person we had it to our selves for the two weeks, we have been to the Greek Islands for many years and have never had such a wonderful apartment Car needed to get there and to get around , XI beach only a 15 minute drive ,lovely clean beach but gets very busy ,and the lovely port town of Lixouri is a 20 minute drive with lots of nice restaurants to eat in , if you are after a quiet place to getaway to, this is the place for you thank you again Ionian Balcony we will be in touch in April for next year can't wait , many thanks again the...

It was alright. The beds are clean. The apartment was spacious. Furniture looks a bit dated. WiFi does not work inside the apartment. The owner said it would get fixed, but it never did. The WiFi does work from the pool and the restaurant, and is relatively fast. (15/1) The view from the balcony is quite nice. The bathrooms could use some work. Toilet seat is not properly fixed, and the boilers above the showers don't look great. Furthermore, the empty light sockets need to be either fit with a light or removed, as it is a safety hazard.
