Porti Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Agios Vasileios

I have been visiting Crete for years, but this is by far the best place I have ever stayed. The villa is a high-class building, constructed and furnished with quality materials. I have an appreciation for subtle details, and I can confidently say that everything— from the electrical panel to the pool— is perfectly executed. My wife and I stayed in the smallest villa, designed for two people, and it includes all the amenities for a long and luxurious experience.

However, the most valuable aspect of these villas is the surrounding nature. From the terraces, the breathtaking view encompasses rugged, jagged hills and peaks alongside lush olive groves in the lowlands. My family and i had a great holiday staying in porti villa 3. The house was modern and clean and situated in the countryside within walking distance of the gorge. I would highly recommend a car although they had etouri on hand who can organise taxi or anything else needed. Probably a 3 mile drive to plakias and there is a number of great beaches close by. We had a very pleasant experience at Iraklis Vila 3. The staff is hospitable and always making sure everything was working smoothly. There was a misunderstanding regarding the pool facilities, but the issue was solved professionally by the staff. One minus would be constant smell in the bathroom upstairs which never went away.
