Giogarakis is a very nice hostel located in the area of Eleonas, in Diakofto.||Our apartment, located at the ground floor, was really perfect! Brand new with very nice wooden furniture, very nice decorated and with many facilities such as air-condition, fireplace, video intercom, play station, board games, internet, 2 LCD TVs, safe, hairdryer, mp3 player, iron facilities, everyday cleaning, parking and a comfortable balcony. ||The kitchen, the bathroom and the living room are located at the ground floor, while the bedroom and a room with iron facilities and closet are located at the loft.||The kitchen was equipped with everything, toaster, coffee machine for filter coffee & espresso, electric kettle, dishwasher, “smeg” fridge etc. (in the fridge you could find fresh oranges, eggs, milk, butter, marmalade, tea and every morning the owners provide fresh bread in a bag placed on the door handle in order not to wake you up!) The bathroom is very comfortable with marble sink, “Korres” amenities, and jacuzzi. The living room had two comfortable sofas and a dining table. The bedroom was very comfortable, relaxing and romantic. The room price was 100 euros per night, and definitely worth it! ||*The family runs a traditional tavern named “Katafigio”, on the road to Kalavryta. Great food, magnificent view....

We were very surprised at the standard within the hotel/apartments. It was very clean and well appointed. French/Italian chic. There was no view except onto someone else's balcony and other back yards. Generally the surroundings were nothing to look at. We were there for a specific reason so it didn't really matter to us. The "breakfast" which was "included" was a small packet of zwieback, some small jars of honey/jam and butter and two sandwiches put in from the day before. The coffee had expired. We were really disappointed about this as in the description it had stated that it provided local specialities and products. Beautiful bedroom with robes and slippers but the pillows were like rocks.Modern bathroom with whirlpool bath but no shower curtain , hence the water went everywhere.||Nice selection of Korres toiletries which are Greek made and very good. Outside elevator, which was surprising and helpful. No expense was spared on the making of this building. Still considering the surroundings, it...
