Theasi hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Aigialeia

Hidden between olive orchards, breathing the fresh mixture of mountain and sea air, Theasi is not just a hotel, is a place of silence and style....and a home out of tourists houses. Yes, is not sophisticated, yes, is at the end of a country road but....yes, they have such a beautiful view, such a kindly touch of the family running the business and staff....there is a lot of yes. I will not mention here all the yeses because one have to live this experience. This is a place for car holders and enough safe parking places. ||||I have been hosted in Room 10 - apartment- 2 adults and 2 kids. We also have a balcony with an excellent view, a table and four chairs outside and we and some friend have enough place for a 6 players Whist. We went there with another family 2+2 and they have separate rooms 8 and 9, and these rooms are huge and have the same view as our cornered 10. The breakfast is consistent, coffee is good, the orange fresh is ...orange fresh, the common living room is designed as fat a boutique hotel. The view and the silence on sunset & sunrise....one cannot write too much on it....but make our holiday perfect. I will not post inside room pictures because what one see on Theasi website is really what will get...plus more. ||||Also, you can do as follows Coral beach in the right, Pounda beach nearby, take lunch in Diakopto, visit reconstructed Mega Spilaio and beautiful Kalavrita, visit Patras (excellent Archeological Museum with a travel story between Ionian, Minoian and Roman art and signs of life). Also there are caves and lakes nearby. Theasi is an excellent base for in situ holiday or for exploring the area plus seashore activities. ||||The master behind this perception over is in fact the family-team: Katarina, Panagia, Panagioty and of course Gianni. In between us only: please try Gianni's Orange Marmelade (orange, lemon, tangerines and some magic touch)....and do not try, is not for sale but for us all).||||Thank you for taking good...

We stayed one night at the hotel as we planned to travel on the Diakofto to Kalavryta railway early the next morning. We had driven from Kalamata via Corinth so we were pretty hot and sticky when we arrived at the hotel. The owner greeted and immediately offered us a complimentary drink: cold beer for me and red wine for my wife. Gratefully accepted and much appreciated. We were shown to our room; large, clean and comfortable with a great view. After showering and changing we enquired about a good place for dinner and were recommended two nearby tavernas. We chose the Agnantio as it was straight down the hill from the hotel; and enjoyed an excellent, and very reasonably priced meal there. The following morning we had a buffet breakfast on the balcony before setting off to the railway station. The owner had offered to get us the train tickets but we had already booked them online. Βλέποντας φωτογραφίες από άλλους ταξιδιώτες ανυπομονούσα κι ο ίδιος να πάω και να διαπιστώσω ιδίοις όμμασι αυτήν την υπέροχη θέα...||Κι ΕΥΤΥΧΩΣ αυτή ευλογημένη ώρα ήρθε.||Με το που τακτοποιηθήκαμε στα δωμάτια ξεκίνησε η καταγραφή των θετικών εντυπώσεων.Το δωμάτιο τεράστιο,λιτό και συνάμα καλαίσθητο κ λειτουργικό.Βγαίνοντας στο μπαλκόνι του η ματιά σου χάνεται στην ανεμπόδιστη θέα(ση)και στο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας που απλόχερα σε τυλίγει με την γοητεία της..|| Οι ιδιοκτήτες?Ανθρωποι που έχουν καταλάβει ότι διαφήμιση είναι η δουλειά τους και η υπέροχη και όχι προσποιητή φιλοξενία τους.Αν κ φτάσαμε απόγευμα αργά γιατι δουλευαμε εως 5,αμέσως να μας κεράσουν κ να μας ρωτήσουν αν θέλουμε να φάμε κάτι.Το αίτημά μας λόγω αργοπορημένης άφιξης να φύγουμε την επόμενη το απόγευμα αργά για να μην κάτσουμε...μισή μέρα έγινε άμεσα δεκτό(αλλιώς κ δεν υπήρχε λόγος να μεταβώ)|| Καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους.Αστραφταν όλα.Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στην τοποθεσία Τράπεζα εύκολα το βρίσκεις κι εχει παντού πινακίδες.||Τερμα του δρόμου από το χωριό.Και ο περβάλλοντας χώρος πολύ καλός κ ακόμα τον βελτιώναν κιόλας ακόμα.Το πρωινό;;Σαν την θέα κ την φιλοξενία τους||...ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟ..|| Παραλίες αν κ τις φοβόμουν ήταν πολύ καλές ιδίως της Πουντας....Σε κάποια σημεία οργανωμένα κ σε κάποια όχι...πηγαίνοντας προς Πλάτανο ιδιαίτερα καλή εντύπωση μας έκανε το μπητς μπαρ εκεί...Δυστυχώς οι θάλασσες φέτος (2017)ήταν πήχτρα δτις τσούχτρες.|| Ταβερνάκια κ στο χωριό Τράπεζα πάρα πύ καλά κ στο πολύ κοντινό Διακοφτό.Αν έχετε λίγο χρόνο πάρτε τον οδοντωτό και ανεβείτε ΚΑΛΑΒΡΥΤΑ.ΑΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΗ ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ ΓΙΑ ΟΛΟΥΣ!!!Μ Η Ν ΤΗΝ ΧΑΣΕΤΕ!|| Εν κατακλείδι, αν θέλετε ξεκούραση, χαλάρωση,θέα και φιλοξενία σε ένα ζεστό περιβάλλον,ΕΔΩ ΕΙΣΤΕ!!!☺|| Και τώρα που τελείωσε η Εθνική οδός?1 ώρα κ 20 λεπτά Με...
