Arrived 17th July and was escorted to a rather small room with uncomfortable beds but we were tired and open minded about the rest of the holiday...We should have read the signs, this hotel is a good 2 star or poor 3 star but definitely not a 4 star! Some of the staff are rude and one shouted at my 8 year old daughter and 2 staff members shouted at me, when confronted they just fob you off with "complain to manager" the slides are dangerous and the kids were coming off with cuts and bruises. There is absolutely no entertainment for the kids and my 8 year old daughter just kept asking to go home, not what a dad wants to hear when you have planned all year for this holiday. The all inclusive snacks are stale left over sandwiches and that is it! No ice cream or decent snacks for kids, the food is okay but again could be a lot better and my daughter ate pasta bilognaise for 7 days and we often ate out. I paid for late check out through agent but this was denied by hotel manager saying he had not been paid for my mate check out. hotel staff ane not helpful at all, I asked to use phone as Wi-Fi is unusable and needed to confirm transfer to airport but receptionist wouldn't allow me to use phone so left not knowing if I was being collected, again asked of I could use internet as I needed to check in at airport but again refused and I had to ask a stranger if I could use their phone.....No help from hotel and totally disgusting as I had my young daughter with me......this hotel is not suitable for kids, the food, entertainment is non existent, beaches and shops too far away, not 800m as advertised....the alcohol does not even get you tipsy and as I'm a non drinker this should have been easy but ended up drinking lemonade all week...the rooms are not cleaned daily and I even pulled the bedding off for the cleaners to change as they were marked but the same bedding was put back on.......I would never go back here as treated like we owed them for being there, nooo we paid to be there!! Thanks for ruining my...
Read moreOverall we enjoyed our stay here. It was our first holiday with our little 8 month old girl who was a massive hit with all of the staff, especially the restaurant staff! They would interact with her every time they seen her and even had cuddles with her which was brilliant. Big thank you to Muskan and the rest of the restaurant team. All of the staff were friendly and get to know you. ||The room..our room was one of the dated ones which was a bit of a surprise after seeing how nice the modern rooms were and that is what we were expecting. Not to worry, it served its purpose and we didn’t spend much time in it. Beds were comfortable and the air con helped. ||The cocktails were a shambles, all had Ouzo or Raki which was not to our taste at all. When paying for all inclusive, you expect more options with vodka being a massive miss. I overheard one of the animation team telling another guest that they don’t serve vodka on the all inclusive because of issues with people drinking too much around the pool during the day.||The pool area was very nice and there was always plenty of space on the sunbeds. ||The food was okay with some nights being much better than others but you expect that with all inclusive. ||We were the only British in the hotel with it mainly being French or Polish. This didn’t affect us. ||Overall, it was a great holiday and we would recommend to others. ||Thank you for...

This is undoubtedly NOT a four star hotel. Stayed in four star hotels, in five star hotels, and this is not it. Rooms: only a part are with the “breathtaking view” described by the users above. The rest are just perfect for punishing christians in the middle ages. Seriously, who in the world would design a room with the bath door exactly in front of the middle of the street. There goes your privacy and intimacy with your better half! This place is perfect for voyeurism and indecent exposure. No mosquito nets anywhere. The electricity is functional only as the key is in, somewhat eco-friendly, somewhat not, given the fact the simple tourist inhabits the room a very little short amount of time, so this eco-friendly thing could be skipped. If you pull the door hard enough, the key is useless for opening the door. Food: really low quality food. Sad thing is that there are small children eating what is called “sausages”. This sausage is probably made of plastic, flavours and old paper... I would not feed that even to a stray dog, honestly. No soup in the menu. Why? No decent omelettes. Fruits were good only in the night, as in the morning they probably served the remains, and they caught a scent of decay. Sorroundings: isolated. Nearest beach - 10 minutes of walking. Nearest supermarket-10-11 minutes. Total cost of all this? 1018€. Glad we got back alive....
