Ktima Develekou — Hotel in Municipality of Ermionida

We had a beautiful holiday in Pigadia, enjoying the tranquility of this little costal fishing village for a whole month this Summer. It was the perfect location for relaxing, enjoying swimming, extensive sea views and views of the many islands which were very easily accessible from the ferry ports in close proximity.

The host and her family were extremely welcoming. The apartment was very clean and we were spoilt with unexpected deliveries of local home baking for breakfast or elevenses. We were very lucky and enjoyed the local village festivities, culture and dancing. We also enjoyed the frequent visits to the two local Taverna at either end of the promenade.

Wifi was excellent, and it was so pleasant sitting on the balcony in the early morn or late evening planning out daily itinerary and trips to the ampitheatre and heritage sites.

Ktima Develekou is a fantastic place: the house is in a peaceful and quiet area, you have quick access to a very nice beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can swim in the beautiful sea, sit on the large terrace and enjoy the view of Hydra, Dokos and Spetses.|The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped.|And the most important value are the wonderful hosts, Katerina and Giorgos. So friendly, hospitable, helpful and attentive. I stayed here last weekend and enjoyed every minute. The apartments are directly on the seafront, each apartment has a sea view. The balconies are spacious and it’s quiet. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Katerina even brought us coffee in the morning! The family which owns the apartments are lovely and helpful. There are loungers which are set up right by the sea with umbrellas. There are two tavernas a couple of minutes away and the water is really clear so great for swimming.
