Orias Guesthouse & Farm — Hotel in Municipality of Kalavryta

Just came back from Orias. We had a wonderful time with my wife and our 2 year old. Giannis and Chrysanthi are very welcoming and made us feel like home. We wanted to stay near Kalavryta area but also have things to do with our kid near our hotel and Orias did not disappoint in anything. From the wonderful breakfast with their fresh eggs from their chickens to a very discreet room service were we provided anything we needed without even asking (thank you Lola)

Words are poor to describe our experience at Orias Guesthouse & Farm. Our communication with John was excellent from the beginning. We stayed at a comfortable and naturally curated studio with great light and ambience. The farm was such a joyful place for our children; they could play with the animals and feed them, they could run around freely for hours. Hospitality provided genuinely by Spyros, a gem! Freshly cooked and delicious meals with ingredients from the farm; rich breakfast and amazing lunch! We visited Orias the week after New year's.Apart from the beautiful location, the residence did not rise up to our expectations. The rooms were poorly decorated with DIY-like furniture, the fireplace was smoking as it hadn't been cleaned for ages ,the wooden window frames weren't able to keep the room warm enough and the mattress was supported by a wooden construction making it uncomfortable.In addition, the heating is turned off for 4 hours daily , a thing that should have been mentioned before our booking.
