This is my first review ever because I have rarely been left so speechless and amused. We visited this hotel during the off-season and stayed in a ground-floor room by the pool. The view was beautiful, and the room was nice. However, if the hotel's "houses" are fully booked, expect to have neighbors directly in front of your room window (facing the pool), which significantly reduces privacy. Additionally, the cleaning staff and the manager often pass by, even in the evening, further impacting privacy. The staff were friendly, despite a peculiar experience that left us with mixed feelings: after spending three nights at the hotel, we wanted to enjoy the pool on a sun lounger after checking out, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The complex was empty except for the cleaning lady, the manager, and us—just four people. Nonetheless, the manager came over and closed the umbrella under which we were sitting without saying a word to us. I have never felt so invisible, even though we were sitting there like a lighthouse in the middle of the day.

I find it a little exaggerated to say that you “explicitly” told us something, I am not a liar…. Finally the wind force you are talking about is a bit extreme it’s a level treees can be uprooted…. The owner, his family, and the entire staff are truly passionate about providing an exceptional experience for their guests. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Each morning, after enjoying a delicious and healthy breakfast, we would return to find our room perfectly cleaned, nicely scented and fresh towels . The attention to detail was remarkable.
The property offers a unique sense of privacy—so much so that it often felt like we had the entire pool area to ourselves. With five pools and multiple buildings, each housing just four rooms, the layout is ideal for couples seeking a peaceful and intimate getaway. The property also offers a very good Italian restaurant!
The location is absolutely stunning—nestled in the mountains and surrounded by beautiful peaks. It’s just a short drive from the lively town of Kandanos, and about 30 minutes from the coastal gem of Palaiochora.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. The hotel consists of about 6 blocks of apartments (4 rooms per block). Each block has it's very own pool. Our room was situated on the ground floor. I do not have enough words to describe our stay. It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay! There were not a lot of people, and mostly were adults. The staff were very very very friendly and they made sure that we were comfortable and happy in our room and at the hotel. The room was very clean and modern. Since the hotel is surrounded by mountains, our view was exceptional!! The breakfast was satisfying and it included a variety of food. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant in the evenings. It is an Italian restaurant, but it caters for all. Close to the hotel, about 15mins away by car, there is a sweet and traditional village called Kandanos. One can find restaurants and grocers.
