Villa Magical View — Hotel in Municipality of Kissamos

Villa Magic View……..situated on the middle of the West coast of Crete the villa view sits atop a rocky outcrop and enjoys far reaching views of the immediate bay and small Venetian Harbour. The “Magical View” lives up to its namesake with an unrestricted panorama of sea, rocky coastline married with the calming lapping of waves below - it can be only described as truly magnificent and many hours were spent enjoying this vista during our stay.

The villa caters comfortably for 4 people with two bedrooms to the rear all within a single storey, the twin bedded has access to a separate bathroom, and the other a double bedroom benefits from an ensuite shower. Air conditioning to both bedrooms does an excellent job of providing a comfortable sleeping environment.

Adjoining the bedrooms via a small corridor is a well equipped kitchen, table for eating and a large lounge with satellite tv, panoramic views over the harbour and air conditioning if required.

Although the internal facilities were more than adequate (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc) the tendency would be to spend most of your time on the large covered veranda where there is a large six-seater wooden table for eating. To complement this several sofas are provided to relax al-fresco with a glass of wine and watch breath-taking sunsets.

The front of the villa provides secure access via an automatic electric gate, space for a car and a small table and chairs to view the morning sunrise. To the rear and fronting the veranda is a large sun terrace with several sturdy sun beds, a natural grass lawn, and the magnificent 9m infinity pool. The whole rear of the property is enclosed by an discreet metal railing for safety.

Locally the area is quiet, remote and secure - ideal for a peaceful and worry-free holiday. The village of Kampos, a ten minute drive up the winding road, boasts three tavernas - the best of which, in our opinion, was Sunset Taverna.

The "secret" litte cozy hideaway you were always looking for! The panorama view and the sunsets are breathtaking. The villa is good condition, well maintained and has a nice infinity pool. Its a bit remote, away from any touristic buzz. Its the perfect place to relax, let go, slow down and recharge lost energy if this is what you are...
