Blue Armonia Villa featuring SaltWater Heated Pool — Hotel in Municipality of Lavreotiki

We stayed over three weeks at Blue Armonia Villa—and WOW. This place was everything we hoped for and more. My absolute favorite part was the view—truly breathtaking and unforgettable. A close second was the quality and cleanliness of the home. It was spotless, with cleaning service every three days and regular pool maintenance that made everything feel effortless and fresh.

The villa was secure behind a gate, and the layout was perfect for our family. The kids swam in the beautiful heated saltwater pool every chance they got, and they especially loved the small play area with a slide and trampoline—such a thoughtful bonus for families.

We loved how close we were to everything. Ntelenia Beach Club was just a short walk or 4-minute drive away, and quickly became a weekly favorite. Lavrio was only 15 minutes by car and had everything we needed—markets, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The location felt intimidating at first, but we soon learned everything in Attica is 30-45min away -- even if you're staying downtown. The slower pace was perfect.

And of course, we can’t thank Katerina from KB Hospitality enough. She was amazing—responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay.

We stayed in this Villa during a family gathering, and we were all amazed by the services and magnificent view. We loved the heated swimming pool, which can be used even when the weather is a little too cold for a dive at the sea. We enjoyed many beautiful sunrises and moonrises and many wonderful nights out at the nearest city, Lavrio, which makes you feel you are in a greek island. Poseidon Temple at Sounio is also 20 mins drive from there, an incredible place to visit for breathtaking sunsets. The location of the Villa is excellent for visitors who want to enjoy Athens city, along with the cerenity of a quiet coastal environment.

The place is simply awesome. Value is much higher than a 5-star resort hotel apartment. We initially thought that the place was a bit extravagant and expensive for the 5 of us, but we hen we checked in and found out the nice condition of the place, the wonderful sunrise view, the warm water swimming pool, the barbecue pit, the full kitchen and amenities around, we knew we made the right decision. We appreciated so much for the warm welcome and hospitality from the host Katerina, who had also been very responsive and helpful, providing full support and introducing places to visit etc even before we arrived at Athens.
