I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Patroclos Seaview Room, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warmth and welcoming nature set the tone for what would be a memorable visit.

The Host: let’s talk about the captain of the ship! The host deserves a special mention for their exceptional hospitality. They were not only accommodating but also made sure that every detail was taken care of, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to assist with any request made the experience truly personalized.

Facilities: The facilities at Patroclos Seaview Room were impeccable. Everything was so on point and cleaned you’d think Marie Kondo had a hand organising this. Well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the furnishings and the overall ambiance of the room was evident.

Location and View: Perhaps one of the most enchanting aspects of this accommodation is its location. Nestled with a view of the sea, waking up to the serene sight of the water was nothing short of magical. The room's design maximizes this view, allowing you to enjoy the sea's beauty from almost any spot in the room. The proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and beaches was also a major plus, making it convenient to explore or simply relax by the sea.

Overall Experience: My stay at Patroclos Seaview Room was not just about the luxurious amenities or the stunning view; it was about feeling at home in a place that feels like a retreat. The combination of the host's exceptional service, the top-notch facilities, and the breathtaking sea view made this one of the best travel experiences I've had.

..so we came back for the second time this year. This is the nicest, most welcoming and caring experience that You could ever imagine. If it would be possible to put 10 stars for this place, We would!

Last Year we were welcomed by the nicest, most kind-hearted lady, the Mother of the host. She does not speak much English, but love and care speaks its own language. She was so nice and the warmth from her smile still lingered in our hearts, so this year we decided to come back.

This year we were welcomed by the host himself, and, what can we say - it runs in the family, the host is super intelligent, caring, knows a lot about the surroundings and the history of Greece.

We were not expecting such a warm welcome, but we were so lucky to meet Demosthenes, that we are sure that we will be back here.

About the house itself :) - do not pay attention to some inappropriate comments from people that do not know how to behave or what it means to be a guest and not a Princess on ahigh horse :) The privacy here is excellent. Everything is super clean and the bedsheets and towels smell fantastic! Kitchen is fully equipped, there is a nice capsule coffee machine (i love my morning espresso) :), ... Well, wee cooked a lot, so we know :)

Terrace is the best place for breakfast, because, even now, in november it is sunny and warm. And the sea view!! Amazing!

I am sure of the hosts - if there is anything You would need, they will help with that, any problem You have, they will try (and succeed) to solve it.

We love this place with all of our hearts, it has sucha a wonderful vibe, tiny garden with pretty flowers - You can feel that there is a lot of Love around.

Avoid! All property is spied on by the owners mother! She is situated on ground floor and watching your every move ! I was visiting a relative for coffee and she was sitting in front of us ( bit lower balcony) and was complaining very loud ( Greeks people not very well educated) about the noise ! People paid a lot of money to have some private space and it wasn’t possible!!!! No washing machine in the property and owner complained that towels were dirty??? What were they supposed to be??? He also said that washing machine can be used from downstairs, then he denied it. Avoid if you don’t want to by spied on by old nosy lady. Also FAKE...
