What a spectacular spot on Firopotamos beach. Waking up each morning on one of the best spots in the Cyclades was a dream. We stayed in the Superior Suite which was lovely. Perfect for two. We made breakfast each morning and ate out at night so it was ideal for us. (Ask Christos for recommendations. Each one was so good!) The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings contemporary and clean. All in all, we couldn’t fault the place. Plus, if anything goes wrong, Christos the host is quick to correct any issue. On that note, what an amazing host. Christos we thank you! You attended to our every whim, going above and beyond to make our stay in Milos a time we will never forget. Your kindness not only to us, but also to our friends staying in a different property, was true Greek filoxenia. Anyone choosing to stay here, please remember that you are not staying in a luxury hotel in a compound with all the latest amenities. Be kind, be patient. You will be glad that you chose this special place to call home for a few days. And if you’re clever you’ll make it a few weeks. We...
Read moreThe perfect little beach house, right in front of one of the most stunning beaches in all of Milos. The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking, and you can be in the water in just a couple of steps.
The kitchen is small but well-equipped enough to prepare breakfast or a simple dinner. Pick up some fresh fruit, feta, tzatziki, and local wine from the nearby markets and enjoy the most perfect al fresco meal overlooking the sea.
While the terrace is definitely the gem of the house, the interior is also charming and comfortable. Rustic and simple, but tasteful. The bed is cozy, and both the bathroom and shower are spacious.
The price is quite high in summer, but that’s in line with other similar stays in the area like Klima or Mandrakia. Fyropotamos, however, is truly special if you’re looking for a beachfront stay with actual sand and sea right at...
Read moreFabulous location right on the beach at Firopotamos. Cute place, small, but with kitchen and beach terrace. However at €500+ per night for peak season, it is not worth the money. There was no cleaning service the entire 5 nights stay, no refill of toiletries or change of sheets / towels. No breakfast. I mostly mop the floor myself daily, which, OK if it is less than €100/n. Nice team helped with checking in and arranging transfers, but that is about it. For the price asked it is better to stay at a proper boutique hotel like White...
